Nizidrayt Ironvein the Scarred Mystic of the Wilds, Harbinger of Thar-Eris

Description

You see a very pale, white-haired and stocky svirfnebli, his emerald eyes
glare at the world with perpetual reverie and curiousness. He is overly
skinny and his cheeks are sunken as if he starved for days.

He has high cheekbones, straight nose with pulsing nostrils, and noble
features. He could be called handsome (as for svirfnebli) if not the fact
that the left half of his face is covered with awful burns and deep scars
some of which are still fevered and purulent. It is hard to say for sure
what were the reasons of those wounds but one could recognize signs of
acid and fire, ice and boiling water. In addition, his left eye and cheek
seem to be always affected by fits of twitching. His long white hair is
combed to the left side to cover the scarred twitching part, and maybe
some more marks harsh life gave this young one. His long beard is
carefully braided with some stones and minerals twisted into it.

When he walks he humps his shoulders. His left leg visibly aches, giving
him a slight limping. Also, you notice he is missing two fingers on his
left hand.

Nevertheless, even bearing all those marks and scars, wounds and
mutilations he does not look broken or demoralised. His eyes are
examining the world around him with pride, and the expression of his
face would suit the king on the throne. He is murmuring some tune
under his nose and sometimes even smiling to himself, deep in thoughts.
A spark of lightning is occasionally jumping between his fingers, and the
smell of ozone surrounding him can only be magical in nature.

His clothes are plain and ordinary, but clean and tidy - loose robes with a
hood and numerous pockets, a piece of rope instead of the belt, simple
leather gloves. He is barefooted and his feet seem to be as hard as stones
his race was made of. The only valuable thing he carries is a huge silver-
bound tome covered with minerals and stones. Time after time he opens
this book looking for something among its numerous pages.
