As with most new heroimms (the Entropy ones, at any rate), I ask them to do interviews first, but don't grant them inducting powers right away. Right now Mayesha does interviews and makes recommendations to me. This allows me to judge the heroimm's evaluating abilities as well as expedite my induction duties.

It is worthwhile to talk with Mayesha, but in the near future you will still need to be inducted by Pico.
