Well a good start would be an Immortal sponsor or two, some good characters, and something to assuage people's fears of a cloud giant wannabe bard with a pet lute and imaginary canary who yells "wuku-wuku" in Galadon.
Other than that, I'm not sure.

For all the bemoaning of the archetypcal "chaotic stupid" characters, at least they put the game in perspective. There's far too much gravitas, pomposity & bloated senses of self-worth right now. At least, the last time I played there was.

I agree, for the most part.
There's a fine line between "burr under my saddle" annoying and depressingly juvenile annoying. I loved characters who could pull off the former without doing the latter; or at least without doing the latter much. The problem is that the "under my skin" kind of annoying is harder to pull off. Of course, playing a quality role is more difficult than a superficial one, so I don't think it's much different than any RP discussion. It's just that bad RP manifested itself as torturous, rather than mindless hack'n'slash, which at least other characters could get xp from.
That's not to say that all Entropys had to be annoying. That's one of the reasons I chose the approach with Pico that I did. Chaos is more than anarchy; randomness is more than mindlessness.

In-game, and out. He must have majored in 'Tropical skin diseases' or something.

stating that they would never, ever, ever, EVER, play a chaotic-stupid character under penalty of death. This includes, but is not limited to, characters with catch phrases.
Short of that, I'd quit if Entropy were brought back.
