This is a quality of life thing. From an IC perspective, I do not see why an Outlander app would not know how to do this.

I went ahead and did this. I may make some changes down the road to harvest for pledges if we start to see people abusing it. Suffice to say that if you pledge to Outlander just for harvest but make no attempt to actually join the cabal we will eventually take the skill away and dock you an absurd amount of XP as punishment, or something equally uncool. I mean that as a cautionary note to everyone, not Zephon specifically.

Did this take effect already?

I pledged outlander and did not get harvest.
