I'm not talking about nerfing it, lowering it's ability, or making it hurt you. Just up it's mana cost to better reflect it's power. 15 mana is a joke. 30 mana is far more reasonable, for something that does an uncommon damage type, large damage, area spell and movement drain. It makes chill touch look like a joke.
