1. Will an arial shapeshifter dodge and evade much more than a gnome shapeshifter when under affect of Paws of the cheetah?

2. What is dodge/evade from Paws of the cheetah is based on? Skill %? Shapeshifter's dex? Maybe something else?



3. Bonus question. Does Battlemage Training edge for shapeshifters increases the chances to actually lash and pugil your enemy?

No.

Nothing. It's a flat X boost to dodge 'chance'.

I might play a non-felar shapeshifter again now.
Though removing/rewearing boots all the time might be a pain.
