Since I have been unable to connect using telnet to post a note, I will use the forum. I will be away for about 6-8 days as I am working on upgrades to the house. I know I have been away already for 2 or 3 days.

Because Ysal said only Commanders induct.

That was said with some caveats though, such as commander hours dropping off, which I suppose applies here.

My question was more towards the fact that it sounds like Tummel can induct whenever.
