Consistent forum rules regarding spam which clarify:

How often are players allowed to share their ideas (and reworked ideas) about the game they have been playing for nearly two decades?

Once a month? Once a year? Once ever?

Do we prefer a dead forum over an active one?

Topics that may only be discussed once per decade: Halflings.

Topics that may be discussed ad nauseam: everything else.
