I love the idea, but a few questions:
1) What about team battles? The 3 on 3's and such that are so common at hero. Are these counted as ganks?
2) What if you kill some dude on eastern and your group is in Arkham. Sure, it could be considered ganking because you could call in your group for help, but maybe it should get partial credit or something - that's different than bashing someone into the ground with the seven people there.
3) Do the ratings differ by class? I mean, every healer around is pretty much going to be labeled a wuss if not.

People will look at the record, say "what a ganker" and then "oh, he was a healer, so that explains it".

Yes. They sure aren't solo.

If your group isn't there, they don't count.

No. Healers will likely be wusses.
