With the recent changes to Arials. I was wondering if this edge will be modified as well to reflect the lower int?

Sorry my assumption going on PFB's was that arials with 23 int were able to choose this edge prior to the changes. Now it says you won't ever be able to learn this edge when discussing prereq.
