Disclaimer: I do not have a current leader, all my info is based on Starkads leader weapon back in the day.
My leader wep was nice, stat wise. But I would easily have offered some of it for a decent little nodrop or noremove(or nodisarm ^-^). Even a power that could be invoked to return it to me if disarmed or whatever.
That a weapon that is so attached to you can be lost so easily boggles me. In my honest opinion it should never leave your side, it is a god given weapon that is yours, and yours only. I cant remember how many times Saldradien or Amaranthe gave it back to me, because it was lost somewhere unreachable, or on the ground as it crashed.
PS: I might just have been unlucky, and the normal thing is to have some way to bring it back, or not regularly lose it.
