Alright, so maybe some of you computer savvy folks can help out here. I can't connect to CF. I can connect to other MUDS, MIRC, obviously the internet, etc. When I try to use the client here on the website I get a security error. I can't connect at all on Zmud. My only guess is that it might have to do with some left over security setting from my college's network. Any ideas? Thanks!

I could connect with zmud and telnet just fine but trying to use the app on the website I got the same security error on 2 different machines over 3 different networks with 2 different ISP's.

it just started working again and while it wasn't I just didn't play from the places I didn't have zmud

4449 is not a typical port.

But I'd had no problems with it since it had changed in the first place, and then, how would I fix that?

edit: I also created rules in my fire wall to allow port 4449 on all profiles...

If even the flash player won't work then that usually means the port.

How did you edit the fire wall? Is your ISP through your college? Work?

Right now I'm on my Verizon mobile hotspot. I just set up a new rule on my firewall using the new rule wizard. I'm at a total loss.
