Maybe using the code from ancestral curse. Starting at mature, a character with this genetic flaw is at a small risk of dropping dead of a massive coronary at any given moment. This risk increases when they hit middle aged and drastically climbs when they hit old age.

I tried to make an uber gimp to have rp fun with but couldn't pick any more flaws after 2-3that if the non stat reducers
