#2785, "Tribunal Vigilance"

mabye an ongoing bug, or something you as the Imm staff have just

refused to deal with but,..

Viglance is detectinvis/hidden.

A mage, decting invis while vigilant... Detect invis falls..

I now longer see detect invis even when Vigilance..

As a rp/gameplay persective, is it really realistical from

a CF persecptive I need to literally leave town, duty, the

watch, etc... Just to go out of jurisdiction to recast

dectect invis becuase Vigilance with detect invis falls

no longer sees invis? Maybe bad coding, or sick comical

design, but walking out of town soley to recast dectect invis

since vigilance wont show after the spell falls seems..

*no offense, I love Trib an CF* but realy..

Have to leave town to utilize a Tribunal power....

Just weak. I hope there is something in the works to

fix it,..

1) I don't really understand what you're asking. If this post doesn't address whatever it is that is your concern, write a second, more organized post.

2) When you put up Vigilance, you get Detect Invis if you cannot detect the invisible, and Detect Hidden if you cannot detect hidden. Vigilance does not fail if you already have one but not the other up.

3) When you put up Detect Invis, it fails if you cannot already detect the invisible, and otherwise works.

This is all by design.

Here's the more organized version.

I go in town with.. 5 hours left on Detect Invist, I use Vigilance to see hidden also while in town, 5 hours later my Detect Invis spell falls, While still Vigilant, I have to literally walk out of town and come back in if I want to contiue to see Detect Invis.

If the spell is up and falls while Vigilant, no more detecting invis even while Still vigilant, thats my point.

My argument was to fix that because I dont want to have to leave town to refresh my Vigilance and Detect Invis spell since I wont see invisible while still vigilant.

If you want, I can send a pray up in game before detect invis falls and show you that Vigilance doesnt see invis if the spell falls.

This is fixed. It works like Ocular Enhancement now- you get the pieces you're missing.

I am in my guild vigilant, detect invis spell falls, no longer can even see the guildmaster,... So its not fixed. So now out of rp, I have to walk out of town, either come in with no detect invis spell, or refresh it then re-vigilance.

How about just make it so Vigilance sees detect hidden/Invis! even after a detect invis spell falls.

Because otherwise, you'll need to wait for the first reboot after an IMP looks the code over. Just like every other code change.

Patience is a virtue.

You posted a problem, Valg fixed it, you posted a bitchy reply, then Valg responded with a reply that would barely qualify as terse, let alone rude, then you come out with the insults.

You said you apologized already, but I'm not seeing that part. On a different part of the thread, Vladamir posted "You really may want to search the bug forum before posting. nt", then you posted "I smoke Waay too much. Thanks nt" Neither of those really explains much, let alone apologizes.

I'm only an Avatar but I think I can speak for everyone, both immortal and mortal, when I say that some courtesy is appreciated.
