Is there any plan in place to remove absentee chieftans from power, thus
giving other orcs a chance at the spot? I think, and I'm sure everyone
else will agree, that it's utter crap to have to wait for him to delete,
especially when it looks like that could be years down the road. This
kind of thing is what ruins characters (talking about the orcs trying to
be Chief).

1) The chieftain doesn't have to even be online to be deposed.
2) There are mechanisms in place to monitor this sort of thing.
