How about letting players split up individual practices to use toward multiple abilities?

For example, if I have a few skills at 71% and I normally get 70% per practice, let me get a bunch of them up to 75% with one practice. This would be helpful not only for races with 23 intelligence, but even moreso for the five races with less than 17 intelligence, and cabal powers.
