Not sure if I should ask this here, but I was recently playing and noticed this:

<100% 34% 85%> c 'conjure elemental' water 100
You cannot use mana that you do not have.

<100% 15% 85%>

there's a % cost for the spell plus the 100m itself, I was wondering if there was a way to make the pre-30 conjies able to use %s instead of values when conjuring, because it really gets me sometimes... Any thoughts?
