The post on the announcements board said the change was to "player controlled" NPCs.
Were "non-controlled" NPCs (e.g. conjie elementals) and/or "item-generated" charmies (e.g. various elementals, shawtabbies, etc.) also considered?
Once as a conjie I once full-looted someone by giving everything to my elemental, teleported, killed the elemental, then sorted it all out.
Might also make sense for conjie servitors to drop their inventory when the conjurer dies before they vanish. Or not - they don't just fall down dead like animated corpses.
