I was curious what the pre-requisites are for this edge, parry 100% and I don't recall it being an expensive edge with my last char...? I do have a significant amount of xpad, some explore exp, a fair bit of obs, and a pretty good amount of commerce.

You'll need enhanced reactions up to a certain point, too.

I don't know for sure but dex might have to be above a certain level. 23 works, however, since I had it with an elf.

This is correct.

It also requires some amount of wisdom and dexterity.
