#1848, "are evil conjies impossible"
|
i tried an evil conjie and got up in levels fairly quick now though, i think its impossible to level up any more, between being turned down by every tank(even kicked out of groups), not being able to solo anything that gives exp and being pked i have clung on to the character for the past week with only one level to show for it can anyone give me a spot of advice?

Conjurers are great group mates, especially once you get demon's. If you're being kicked out of a group, perhaps you just don't fit well in that particular group? Perhaps they needed a good tank, and had only damage or utility classes with them at the time. Generally, evil conjurers fall heavily into the 'damage' category.

Again, it's a title that implies something might be wrong with them.
Anyway, my advice would be to spend some time ic trying to find out where you can get something to slow you. This will let you spend your downtime doing that when not with a group. When with a group, you'll then be able to slow yourself and therefore not need much rest before re-conjuring.
Conjurers are good groupmates to have once they can conjure. If you are getting kicked out, it might be because you are annoying your group in some fashion, like going on and on about needing equipment or something.
Alternatively, maybe you were just unlucky and got a couple of bad groups. If I played an evil conjie, I'd be tempted to cabal him. That increases your chances of groupmates or help from heroes.
Generally though, no class is too sucky to get a group. If you are an interesting companion, rp wise, most will let you tag along.

Sorry about the title, but I couldn't think of anything else at the time and I was a bit frustrated at the time. Anyways, thanks for the advice.
