Why doesn't this place get marked as an area explore?

In my mind, it fits the bill pretty damn well. Its hard to get to, high level and out of the way. Many, many people have jumped into the pool with the wriggly things only to find out they have to wait at the pit for their EQ. There are 2 seperate mazes blocking it's entrance, and it's north of Udgaard! What's more out of the way?

I vote it gets added to the area explore list. Who's with me!

I actually wondered what makes an area "explore" anyway... Is that usually done by author request? Does the area need a certain amount of quests?
