Maybe give a small bonus to exp, or to skill gains on level if your wanted. Sort of like a reward for sticking it out instead of finding a clever way to die to unwant yourself.

The ideas you offered up make no sense to gain because you're wanted.

A couple ideas we've kicked around are edges with a pre-req of X number of hours being wanted.
