I was curious if there was a way for people to not receive blessings from their cabal healers (I know you can just not stand by them) but I swear these guys will bless me if I walk in for 2 secs scope out whatever's in the cabals chest and bless me. Could you make a command or something to decline a blessing?

If you don't want the blessing...don't go into the room with the healer.
