#375, "Allow selling gold/silver to any merchant?"

Dear Santa

What if we allowed any items made of gold and silver to be sold/bartered to merchants based on weight?

Nothing too drastic conversion wise, something that would allow 4~5 lbs of gold to trade for a gold coin, less for silver, even if the merchant doesn't usually take those kinds of items or has more than one.

Yes, no, maybe?

Then I have to go through and look at all those types of items again, when in reality, I'd rather just remove them from the game so I don't have to deal with it.

I'm not excited about taking a fairly simple bartering system and making it super-complex, and that's where this is heading.

So long, and thanks for all the fish!
