can this work more like flee in there is a chance you can't find an opening to escape on occasion just like you got a chance to fail flee. And/or allow parting blow to trigger on it.

I don't see that changing. That is a big part of the air form, scouting & escapability.

It currently does allow parting blow to trigger on it.
