* Proclamation Path
- Proclamation cooldown now controlled by rounds, not ticks.
- Equalize damage calculations reformulated slightly.
- Eavesdropping Fortress should now include the maran/acolyte channel of the victim.
- Bunch of typos fixed (all credit to Azorinne)
- Another attempt at fixing pets on login/out
