#44, "Tribunal's and Guard Kills"
|
I am curious, when the guards kill a criminal, does the Tribunal who's guards they are get credited with the kill, or does the tribunal himself/herself need to be the one that lands the final hit. I am asking since some promotions in Tribunal and related to the amount of kills one gets (Vindicator) and am wandering if lowbie kills and guard final hit kills count toward this, or if it is just the magistrate's ability.

You can consider your guards to be an extension of you in terms of criminals killed (although not your own personal pk stats). However, I will say that I have tried to make promotion relatively acheivable within Tribunal for anyone willing to put forth time, effort, and be generally mistake free (or amends making). Of course taking down some criminals would probably be good for a vindicator to do, now and again.

Is not to worry about it. In fact most of the more recent vindicators have had pretty bad criminal kills (but very good compared to the rest of the cabal i supose). The position is rewarded to role-play that reflects qualification of its bestowment.
Basically if your very gung ho about tracking down criminals and you are persistant and not always dieing to them in the process. You should have a fair shot at getting vindy even with less then a million criminal kills.
