Honestly, Dalteric isn't a big fan of les evils, and his religion is most certainly closed. I would recommend just trying for sphere empowerment, treat it like a sphere w/ no imm but wink wink style.

I will empower under any of my spheres about anyone who is trying--though for an evil, it being through dalteric not likely. Speaking for my personal preferences, I'd write up a good role, find a place that seems very appropriate to the rp, some evil/reasoned type place and throw up some prays. You could also note/email me if not having any luck, e.g. note to Dalteric and Evil-Reason mob.

Hope that clears it up. I wouldn't think empowerment at all out of the question, and i'd be happy to interact and discuss the spheres if times mesh, but Dalteric would probably not give you the time of the day.
