While the last week has been a bit off due to external goings on, I'm generally available during the day eastern time, though things do come up. I try to get about 4+ hours each day, depending on what is occurring. Weekends are more sporadic, 1 hour check ins and less blocks. That being said, I'll be as flexible as I can be if someone is looking for me.
