Well, not certain entirely what to say here. With graduate school and all, didn't get the work I needed done for Straklaw, but I'm still addicted. Having a mortal is ever so much easier, in that all the responsibility you have is your own fun. So I rolled up another rager, and I'd always had something of a disappointment in Rhuean's death, so I made up another...but this time spear/dagger like was Rhuean's original plan, and I decided to see how the combo of Whirlwind of Steel/Cry of Thunder would work. While the character was effective, the choice to replay Rhuean I think was something of a mistake.

Lacking the ability to knock people unconcious was a greater loss than I'd realized, and the new Imperial Centurions make life pure hell for the Village. I took my beatings, levelled myself and a few others up, tried some interesting roleplay, and succeeded, but in the end, having daggers as such a favorite really kinda got to me. You either win a battle handily, or lose it just as easily, and you have no way to lag people who run.

For the village...I'll always be a fan, and I'll certainly be back at some point, but things really got depressing when Jinroh selects me as his Scout leader, says I'll be recognized as such when someone's around who can do it...and then nothing happens. I liked Jinroh as a leader, but otherwise things seemed to stagnate for me in the Village. In the meantime, exploring Shazirah's religion kept me occupied. As I learned about it, it did become somewhat difficult to meld both Village and Mirage. In order to let people learn about it themselves, I'll not say much, except that it made things interesting.

Otherwise, I suppose I'll head on over to farewells.

First, I have to hand it to you Shazirah...you made things interesting, not by having to act, but by giving me the pushes I needed. (And yes, I was sorta hiding in your shrine that one time, but I also had wanted to stop by anyways...you know how things were in finding the time though)

Vex...thanks for the approval, made things alot easier to get through with Jinroh.

Jinroh - Sorry I baled and all, but...the fun was kinda draining away, and someone recently said...the game's for fun, and if that's gone, what's the point? Still, I like to think I wasn't a waste of your time. Good luck, and maybe I'll be back to help you out again before he's gone.

Ayik - I always had a pretty good feel as to where you were coming from, and I think Jinroh did too. It's always hard to play a role that pushes the limits. You got booted for pushing where it's just not allowed, but you got in again, which you deserved as well. All in all, I think you did a *VERY* good job, and Ayik was one of those characters who, given the time and chance, could have really changed the cabal, and I think possibly in a way it was meant to.

Well, there's always a huge number of people to say farewell to...I'll reply to whomever I can if you want, but for now, that's all I can really think about. See you in the Fields!

was not my issue, it was the immortals. I wrote two scrolls regarding you being named Veteran and nothing. Granted one of them came after you started your 30 day auto delete cycle, so that one is mute. There is just so much you can do as a mortal leader, you need some kind of immortal interaction to get these things done, unfortunately, I have not seen any in a very, very long time (In regards to the village).

When I travelled with you and Lhaedhek, I knew I was either gonna gain a few ranks, or kill a few people. You were awesome in combat, and knew what to do in almost every situation. Your rp kinda reminded me of Yoda... in some wierd fashion. WEll good luck with school and the rest!

Oh yeah, was gonna mention that. The reason Janakt talked the way he did was because he pretty much grew up on his own in the desert, and never had any reason to speak and learn language. Arials being intelligent but not amazingly wise, the idea was that he picked up *how* to talk easily enough and what they meant, but he didn't quite pick up on usage.

I was always incredibly impressed with Janakt. Weither it be spending hours helping other Villagers (or non-Villagers, like me ;D) get to hero.. or re-raiding against impossible odds.. or just generally kicking ass and taking names.. Janakt always stuck out in my mind. If I could name someone who I would 'elect' for Commander, it would have been him. I let you know this earlier on, so that when my emotionless attitude kicked you in you wouldn't think that I was trying to condescend you. Thanks for the shouts, it means alot coming from someone I respected. About your last statement.. that's what I was trying for. However, when there are no immortals around the cabal to help change it.. it becomes near impossible. Don't worry, I'll come back one day and do something

Take it easy and good luck on the next, I'm sure it'll own

I thought you were a good villager when I inducted you, and I was not proven wrong. I heard only good things from other villagers when we started having different playing time.

People kept saying you would be a good person to be a leader type but yet I have not saw you. I guess you were not around for 30 days, heh.

I liked your character a lot, as well as your way of speech. Very interesting. You suffered with me and a few others through some hard times, and you got that cool title to boot, very nice, but why fade away? Throw down a quick goodbye if you want to satisfy all of our curiousities.

Good luck with your next.

I liked Janakt a lot. I thought you blended religious views and cabal responsibilities rather well, which isn't always easy. Watching you fight was never dull, and always impressive, and I would've been fun to see how much further the character went, both in Battle and with the religion. Good luck with your next.

That's a lot of disappearing villagers. What's that leave for heroes now? You, Jinroh, and... uh... Krodren?

Hey, at least you got rid of me, I had that whole "I'm gonna piss off every rager in existence by nibbling them with the mongoose, and maybe do something useful if I can find a warrior who knows how to bash" phase...
But yeah, the villagers are disappearing faster than Donuts on Oprah's desk...

Jinroh, myself, Iborenn, Olofo, Adgrizn and Krodren.

And I haven't seen Olofo in almost as long as Janakt, so his auto may not be far behind..

Of course, I seem have the playing time alotted for Scions and the Fortress. Fun stuff
