Well, all I can say is whenever you came on after our first and only fight on mount Kiadana, I stopped killing storm giants. We didn't really know each other that much, but you seemed to be a good fighter, and a good Maran. Maybe you should roll a sylvan, and we can go on the hunt. See you in the fields, and well played.

I'd thought you be a piece of liver-coward maran who hide behind numbers. Then you started calling me out and I begin to think hmmm, this guy has guts. Then you attacked me right in front of a Tribunal in Galadon, plus another somewhere around.

I respected you then. Had fun battling with you. Tough one you are and I was hoping to speak more with you about your character but never had a chance.

Thanks for the fun. Till your next char, best of luck!

Die! Diediediedie! Stupid bash legacy, I despise you. I've had too many fights like that one in Hamsah. I shouldn't have flurried, and I knew the instant I typed it that it was a mistake. So much for trying something different. Disarm, bash bash bash. Good fight though.

Hehe, no, seriously, good job. I think I might've enjoyed facing off against you more if there weren't always so many other enemies running around... like earlier tonight, I fought one guy, teleported, bam, attacked by Gre, barely have time to quaff again, right back into the first guy Oh well. Good luck in the future.

god damn, I liked your char...until you and the rest of the brigade fouled up my learning. that time on Kiadana hurt baaad. damn that bash legacy! I was lagged for like 10+ rounds!!! Nurwon unlike other sylvans etc. did have a reason for justifying learning there by the way

But really Nurwon began to see you as another mindless storm giant mauling machine that didn't need to be reasoned with and just to be avoided/destroyed. ooc much respect, though I wish I could have spoken on more civil terms to get to know the character. good luck on your next

Welp, I finally ran out of preps, and just didn't feel like going to get more. Decided to roll a warrior after playing my last Paladin, because god I sucked at pk'in with him. I took greeting the Avalanche because it had worked well against my last char, and I got real tired of not being able to seal kills with my paladin. Greeting is a damn sick legacy, and I bash my fair share of people to death. The best was when I was able to get some voker shields and efectivly bash a voker , I love that beyond words. Vanguards desire was my second legacy, Which I found generaly usefull utility legacy. I despise gathering preps, but god is sure is sweet to be a hasted shielded stone-skined enlarged and spider handed bash machine with -140 svs; until you get romped by a nearly naked shaman who lands EVERY sup on you the first shot. Shamans were my biggest problem with this char, I think I'll roll one. Over all I just couldn't really get into this char, and it showed massively on the RP side, another big factor in his deletion.

On to the short list of goodbyes
Fort
Yaofhil: Your a damn good captain and I got to see a diffrent side of you with Jorathas than I did with Abthalok. You are so much fun to be around, and also lead real well which is hard to balance the two but you do it so well. We only got to smack some heads together once, but we killed a few dragons here and there.

Coraelm: I swear you know so much about being a lightwalker sometimes it pisses me off, you always made me see things in new ways

Sylindri: We beat alot of ass together, shame you stoped showing up the past week or two, we could kill damn near anything with the prophet.

Torellios, Vahlron, Ishy, Darante, Kay, shelica, Ul, and I'm sure I'll forget a few, so feel free to yell, we had some good times. And sorry for killing you that one time fatso.

Other people...

Gre- we dueled once, and I thought I would do well; I was wrong. I was hasted shielded spider handed stone skined, and I ate 3 mangles in one round to a guy wearing 2 ax's.. then the weapon breaker came and I fled. 3 freaking rounds you romped me, I wanted a rematch before I deleted but you were busy as hell so I had to live with never know..

Gorgrim- I thought for sure dragon bone weapons were unbreakable, and I thought for sure you would destroy every single piece of my gear that was magical, which was like 95% of it. Kudos to a real honorable guy

Empire Gang- Somehow, I doubt you guys will ever pull it off.
Narissa- I hate you

Nexans- I wanted to jump you guys everychance I could, but bit my tounge instead.

fuckbeans this is getting long

Bye

Ouch!! Another blow to the Fortress!! Sad to see you go. To know that you were around was as if I had that sanc up. Felt so much tougher as a whole (the fortress) knowing you were about. I'm sure many of the evils were very cautious seeing you in the realms as well. Great job. Good luck on your next.

You were in the cabal I hate most, with the legacy I hated most, and of the race I hate the most.

It wasn't looking good for us.

Then you bashed me to death in the white tower. My get diminution girdle; quaf diminution had gone through, but someone stole my girdle not ten minutes earlier.

From then on, whenever I passed you I'd yell out cheerful greetings, and then tell my groupmates how much I despised you.

It's really strange, because the only other character I've felt an intense personal hatred for was Abthalok.

Then I had a chance to kill you and I restrained myself (And don't say I didn't, you were sitting on the ocean convulsing with no moves).

Our interractions were interesting and you spiced up Aenail by providing the one and only point of conflict.

Maybe try team evil next time?

(This is an oddly formatted post, sorry)

I had every reason to bash you to death that time.
As far as you killing me that time, your probably correct. However, if I thought you would actually attack me, while your with one of my friends, I wouldn't have asked the healer for help, I would have just teleported away again, and waited the 20 min to heal up. And I would have loved it if you slept me, and then rahalans woke me up and bash you to death

As far as you hating Jorathas, he hated you aswell. You expected him to compromise his beliefs, and you thought yourself better than him because he didnt.

As far as hating Storm giants, thats just plain odd.
Hating Maran? not sure why you hate Marans, they are the best group of characters I've come across.

As far as me rolling an evil, why? My lightwalkers aren't fluffy enough for you?

With Aldon.

Marans just disgust me, probably stemming from my first hero-range character, Falax. Falax was a spear/mace felar during Urden's time when the entire range was Marans who did nothing but try to gang-rape me all day.

As Aldon, Anith told me I was the best runner he'd ever fought. This came from the days when Karhon and Aliera would try their best summon/bash/trip me to death.

I also don't like the logic that's used by Marans/Ragers and occasionally Sylvans. The logic that goes, "You're grouped with evil/mage/defiler but I can't pk the evil/mage/defiler so you're just as good, even though you're not evil/mage/defiler." It seriously annoys me.

On the mud I come from, there's a similar cabal to Maran, applauded for its blatant hypocracy because it makes for interesting roles.

But it wasn't as bad as Maran is on CF, and Maran's hypocracy isn't even recognized. I've never had a neutral character that a Maran has ever made any attempt to be nice to, and I play good-tilted neutrals.

I've never played a good on CF, and thus I'm always a Maran enemy, so I tend to look at them in a bad light.

And that, in detail, is why I don't like Marans and probably never will.

its always lowbie cloud/fire warriors that get decked out and then decide they want to be village applic's (but really its because they just want an excuse to go around getting all too easy PK's against lowbie mages that can't defend themselves) they see me with the mage and decide I'm not challenge either and see I'm tanking, and just take me out during a fight against a mob. I see the RP angle for the reasoning but the fact that I'm pretty sure that, thats NOT the reason ooc is what kinda pisses me off.

I think you have a distored idea of what Maran are.

Some Maran full loot and sac what they can't carry.
some Maran break the laws day in and day out.
Some Maran gangbang.
Some Maran mutlikill.
Some Maran are mean and nasty.
I'm not sure where you got the idea that maran are supposed to be nice friendly people, but its wrong.

Marans are ####s and the good alignment bit in the score just dictates who they aren't allowed to kill, nothing else.

I've never met a Maran I would consider to be 'good' aligned.
