Well done, Feirhuld. That character was definitely one of my all-time favorite Warders. I wish we had gotten to talk more than we did. I'm still kicking myself for not getting your story out of you in the Emerald. A shame we were interrupted. Oh well. Good luck on your next.

Was nice to meet one who has such a unique idea of how to roleplay a transmuter. Only traveled with you a couple of times but still enjoyed it.

Dammit! I didn't notice until now that you had deleted. I remeber when I first met you when you where about rank 30 or so. It was with Algrem and I wasn't sure if I was suposed to kill you or not. (Prolly would have died trying) IC me chars was always curios about you, the little gnome with "claws". Well, Amberion didn't interact with you and niether did Algrem, better get better at interacting with people... Well, to bad CF lost you, always love meeting someone who really is into his/her RPing. (that would be not like me and my chars since they always end up with some OOC messege somewhere... -grins-)
See you on the fields I hope.

For me, you embodied the best characteristics of CF. I hope all the people that had an opportunity to interact with you will remember what it is like to be a part of bringing the fantasy to life. Sometimes its easy to get caught up in the kill or be killed egofest that is fostered by pk intensive players, but its folks like you who expose the adrenline of a pk win as a cheap high when compared to standing face to face with an antlered svirfnibli pawing at the ground wearing nothing but a loincloth and some kelp. Thanks Antlers.

We didn't spend much time together, but what we did was fun. It was always some well played out arguments, and I still wish you would have had it in you to hate Tribunal. The winter wolf amazed me when we went to Tiamat (Only time I think we went together). And though we didn't travel much, you did help me out alot, and I mean more than just killing Gormarn when I was too young to. You were good at what you did, and great at what you usually didn't. Lets go take a bone! That's what I heard, that changed my speech enough...

Awww, man it's gonna be different without you around. Your char was a breath of fresh air. Naked for the most part. I was glad you got the form, you really deserved it I think. I wish you had stayed another day, but when the time has come the time has come. I got really big shoes to fill, and living in that shadow isnt going to be all that easy, but it was nice to have interacted with you. I look forward to your next, you made a damn fine warder.

Feirhuld was my first serious character after a fairly long break from CF. In truth, it was the new trannie changes that drew me back into the CF fold even though I really did not have the time for it. There is just something about the class that I like. Unfortunately, life once again rages about me, and I no longer have the time I once did. I burned over 500 hours playing this character, and I enjoyed every minute of it. When things settle down I will be back once again.
Now a few specific goodbyes.
Immortals:
To all the Imms - You have made a great game. The time and care you put into it can be seen in everything from the high quality areas to each and every change made to class, cabal or game mechanics. Thank you.
Uller - I thoroughly enjoyed every interaction we had. As the whispering wind you were always ready to give me advice, and as the spirit of the wolf you were my guide on the path toward learning the beast.
The spirit quest you sent me on was fantastic. Though I could not have done it without the help of the entire cabal; Plyate, Murchadha and Dariana especially. I also liked the interaction that you wove between the wolf and bear kin. It sort of mirrored the differences between Dariana and myself. All in all, it was a wonderful quest and the winter wolf is a beautifully written form. Thank you.
Sebeok - It was a shame we never got to meet and interact directly but I understand that you’re a pretty busy fellow. Let me just say that I think your religion is fantastic. I look forward to exploring it again sometime.
Chester the Stinky, Little Forest Guardian - I just loved this guy! This particular interaction was both amusing and very cute. And the sniffling was just the icing on the cake. It was a thoroughly enjoyable way to spend an hour and to help flesh out my character. Thank you.
Sylvan:
Plyate - You were Feirhuld's dearest friend. Oh the hours we spent nibbling the bone as Feirhuld would say! When I was crafting this particular role I never planned on seeking a leadership position. Instead, it was a nice change of pace to just play the second wolf. But a second wolf needs a first one to follow and you were the best. Thanks.
Ezelhecil - Feirhuld's little bee! I am not sure if we ever ranked together, and I know we did not hunt too often, but I enjoyed traveling and talking with you. Good luck with your character.
Raukyr, Cronin, Keneagh - The three rangers who spent most of their time feeding the wolf! I could not say it in the game, but thank you. I enjoyed spending time with all of you.
Jugynheim - Better known as the "Jug". Sorry about giving you that nickname, but I couldn't help myself. Just chalk it up to the strange humor of the wolf! Still from our first meeting in emerald I liked your character. Good luck with him.
Murchadha - Your help with my spirit quest was invaluable. I especially enjoyed our roaming through the dreamland. It is a shame we did not get to spend more time together but our times were out of sync I think.
Others:
Dariana - As with many things in Feirhuld's life, our first meeting was more of an accident than anything else. An accident which Feirhuld then took to be an act of providence. After that I made it a point to seek you out when ever I could. You were the one person outside the grove that Feirhuld felt most comfortable with. I could not have been more pleased that you were with me for the final part of my winter wolf quest.
I know I am forgetting several people but Feirhuld did live a long time. His interactions were mostly among his own cabal, but all the cabals played their part if by nothing more than their existence.
In any event, it was grand fun. If anyone has any questions, comments or such, I can be reached by email at:

Wow, what can I say?
You were the best lieutenant/co-captain I could have asked for. You wrote and played a great character, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent together.
You actually remind me a little of a former warder captain a couple years ago...another transmuter...albatross/tiger.. who only wore a single runed robe. Can't remeber the name for the life of me though. *shrug*
Thanks for the good times, and all the help with the bones we chewed on, and the cubs we sniffed.
I look forward to meeting your next character.
Plyate

What can I say? Feirhuld was Raukyr's mentor in many ways... I hope Plyate doesn't take this the wrong way but in many ways you exemplified the Grove for Raukyr. (Not to say Plyate doesn't) but I hope you both get my meaning. You always made me laugh even when you typoed reaching out your paw, and it was warm-hearted laughter. You'll be sorely missed. I'm just sad I didn't get to say goodbye to you before you left.
Feirhuld was a great character and added a great deal to the Grove and the wilds themselves. Plyate or the Imms of the Grove will be hardpressed to find another Lieutenant who is as good as you were at sniffing the young cubs and teaching them of the wilds. I know as Raukyr I reflect a great deal on our conversations when I was seeking the Grove, when I speak to young applicants.
I hope everything in the waking dream of life comes out in your favor and thanks for filling the make-believe world of CF with just a little bit more of that magic which breathes life into it. Our loss is CF's loss as well...
Good luck with everything and I look forward to interacting with your other character(s) in the future. Well played and equally impressive.
Raukyr

We ranked a lot when we were younger And after a while I got caught up with my adventures in wonderland and we sorta separated. After that... I rarely saw you save for the day I went to help defend the grove and your invokers pounced on me All in all I liked your character.
See ya around.

Don't know what to say, but thanks for the fun. We started off friends (at least I though) then there was that time up north of Arkham when Poh (the char) was so upset you attacked him I decided I was just gunna rem all and let you kill me. But ooc I understood, just something Poh couldn't get through his head. Good luck in the future and I hope to see you in the fields again.

I think we did once, however it was mostly just killing off lumberjacks in the Weald way back when. I only wished that our times matched more closely, for most of the time when I spoke with you I was dead tired. ;p Wow, what can I say. Certainly sad to see you go. Ezelhecil looked up to both you and Plyate. Seeing you go was like a piece of his life going too. I will have to see how this will effect him. However this post is not about the Bee. It is about you and the great job you did. I can honestly say that in my almost 4 years of playing(off and on) that I can fit few in the same rping category as I would classify you in. You were amazing and it made me want to stay up late and rp with you(even when I had to wake up for work in less than 3 hours). Good luck with your next character, I hope that I will have lots of interaction with that one. The Bee!

Hey man, it was great to play with you when I did. YOu were an inspiration to Aliborni as a person, and as a leader.
To me personally you struck a cord with your roleplay, because you do something I couldn't do. I love the thrill of hunting people down, or grabbing clothing. I love the big fights with the big boys like Shadar Lunn and the rest. I still need to make a char and go to Hell but that will have to be another time.
Will miss ya, even though I didn't get mentioned.

DEFINATELY a shame to see you go. Though we didn't interact much, I always enjoyed seeing you about as I crept through the woodlands. On occasion I would stop and speak, but usually I would just sit near and watch for trouble in silence(Yes...typical)... But, I have hopes to one day bring my chars to the same status you did...

Feirhuld was a pretty unique character, and I really enjoyed hanging out with you. My being there for your form quest was a total accident, but I think the Imm who handled it did a really good job of playing us off the wolf and bear-kin, like you said. Its hard to carry on a conversation between an Entropist who dopples people and a Warder who chameleons, so the conversations we did manage to put together were appreciated. Thanks for them. Good luck with your next.
