You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

#123, "Unexpected Travel"

Hello,

For those who have noted an absence of me, I do apologize.

Life happens. Work happens. Sometimes the two intersect at
bad times in worse ways.

I will be unavailable between May 3rd and May 11th due to
some more unexpected travel, but should be around from
tonight (April 28th) PST until May 2nd.

So if you're a new empoweree type guy, that's a pretty narrow
window for a while.

Looking forward, my time is likely to be scarce over the US
Memorial Day weekend at the end of May as well.

I come across a problem here. Is it a RP fauxpa to skip out on shrine visits when you have full ooc knowledge that the god is not present? I see reasons to go (standard rp) and reasons not to (wasted time is less time interacting with other players) so I guess I put this forth to suggestion.

I'm purposefully giving anyone who was going to stop by a week
vacation from dealing with my shrine. You have my blessing to
not stop by while I'm not there.

See you next week.
