You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Some of the special-purpose forums are listed below along with their replacements (as of writing):

Are you doing any ampowerment at all right now, and what are some ideal times to catch you for a session?

Unfortunately, as usual, my times are unpredictable. I am often logged on, off and on throughout the day, several days a week, but whether I am attentive or available for empowerment is somewhat hit and miss.

I have often, and again recently, had characters with literally 2-minute login times who login, pray, logout. This is the absolute worst way to earn empowerment from an imm with my schedule. Often I'm logged on but afk or distracted, and see the prayer a few minutes after someone has logged off.

Your best bet is to stick around after praying for several days in a row, adventuring or roleplaying or whatever. Weekdays, mostly. You don't have to stick around my shrine, either. It's very much my style to send an IC "sign" for someone to return to my shrine when I am available, if I have seen a number of prayers/notes.

Hope that helps, and sorry I can't be more specific.
