Enhanced damage has not gone up at all. Level 15, and still it's at 75 percent. Just wondering if something happened with some of the new stuff going in, or RNG, or anything. Prayed about it, no response, so I thought I might post here. Thanks.

Enhanced Damage has been going up for other people, including a character that was created since the last reboot. Nothing's been changed there.

Please don't report short runs of bad RNG luck to this board. Your character is 3 hours old.
