It may be the Evil RNG, but since I learned Prosperous Reputation, my Inspect Goods has not improved once. Before it would improve with about every 30 to 40 uses, but its been well over 100, and nothing.

I thought maybe all the Barter changes may have something to do with it, I don't know, just wanted you to know.

I was able to get an improve normally. Another short run of bad luck here.
