It say it gives 33 in resist, but when i wear it, its only 30

If it's useful to help clarify. Here's the WAYBACK original change posting. Does somewhat help describe the sliding scale part. Also the fact that Vulns are a straight -33% added after any resistance calculations, and therefore suck.
