Expected: Scroll appraises as enchant armor, it's expected to enchant armor.

Actual: When recited, you get the prompt 'A black leather jerkin with dull red stitching is not a weapon.'

example:

YOU STEP OUT OF THE SHADOWS!
You recite a SCROLL.
A black leather jerkin with dull red stitching is not a weapon.
