Holy strength seems to be hit or miss about whether it removes various strength maledictions. Either that, or it's not guaranteed to purge and I failed my saving throw these few times. I apologize if that's the case.

Some combinations of things it does & does not purge that seemed weird:

Purges: poison from prayer or spell.
Does not purge: poison as a physical effect, e.g. from mummy in barovia.

Purges: -STR effect of kotegaeshi.
Does not purge: -STR effect from axe kick.

Also does not seem to purge the weaken spell, e.g. from Scion archmage.
