Seems like the mud returned the room ID and some other stuff when I walked into one of the room on the Park Road in Galadon. Just walking through, no weird inputs or anything. Using numberpad movement and Mudlet.

Park Road
The Park Road is formed of hard-packed earth that is surrounded by a path of
crushed white gravel for those citizens who would prefer to avoid the mud. To
the north an unremarkable building has been whitewashed and draped with vines
in an attempt to increase its curb appeal. The road continues to the south,
following the large metal fence that surrounds Galadon's park. Rising to the
east is an aged and empty, but still well-maintained, temple to the Gods. A
short distance to the west there is a large iron gate that could grant one
access into the park.
