From the caster's viewpoint:

c 'metabolic slowing' TARGET
TARGET seems to relax as her movements return to normal speed.
TARGET seems to relax and her movements return to normal speed.

In case it matters, they were affected by metabolic quickening and not haste.

This was more difficult than expected since the echoes were being handled in multiple locations on purpose.

But I think it's fixed.

Thanks for putting the echoes, made it easy for me to find them.
