Tried in Galadon and Hamsah, no fee every time. Not that I mind, but are the bankers too scared of a *snip*

There are a number of situations that can result in no banking fees.

If it *always* happens for you, without exception, over the entire character's life (multiple reboots, etc.) - then maybe something is funky and let me know.
