I was told to bug board this, but I cannot do a cavern fall to start a battle, or before a battle. Is this suppose to be like this? I can do the skill during battle without a target, but not before. Help file says c 'cavern fall' <victim> I take that to mean you can cast it before battle.

Is this a bug?

Side question, but is this spell suppose to work on mobs or is this just mainly a spell used for pk? I've never had the skill work since I've learned, and I always fail.
