Assassin who mark water majors (Eel in this case) cannot see their prey when using 'where' commands.

Marking the victim, the assassin is able to stake their claim on the life of their victim. *A marked victim will always be visible to the assassin that marked them.* Marking yourself will cancel the currently marked victim.

We're okay with this one.

You **CAN** still see them if you can find them, but water forms underwater have an advantage in that it is hard to know exactly where they are - mark or not. There may not be a ton of water areas, but water forms are spiffy in them.
