Trying to improvise a weapon in a civilized room, if successful, yields no echo and no lag, but mana is spent as if attempted.

If unsuccessful, it gives the usual "You fail to find a usable weapon" plus lag.

I have the Desperate Improvisation edge if that matters.

There were a number of bugs in there-- looks good in testing now.

For other rangers' notes, it had nothing to do with the Edge.
