Without giving any detail the best I can say is there is a quest where the reward can be one of (5?) rings chosen at random. When given the ring the mob tells you what your in tune with and gives you a ring, I'm assuming, based on that. I'v done the quest with five different characters, two actually got a ring that matched what the mob said while the other three got something completely different. I suppose not really a huge deal, as I'm not even sure the rings are that different, just bringing it to light.
