You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Some of the special-purpose forums are listed below along with their replacements (as of writing):

My time for the next 2 months is going to be pretty random, I mean, I'll be on regularly...just not all at the same predictable time. It's generally a good time to find me sometime in the 11pm-3amEST range. However there are even some days when I don't have a chance to be around until later...on the other hand there are some days when I'm around during the early afternoon. Some days I'm not.

I graduate in 2 months(less actually), and there's a lot of stuff I'm doing that requires research or other online time spent doing things not directly related to CF. Then there are some things that are directly related to CF, but not exactly directed towards mortal affairs.

In short, I'm around, I'm watching...and patient followers don't need to worry. However I'm not as able to immteract as I was several months ago (yeah I know, even then I wasn't *that* immteracty). I know it's not a solid answer to your question, but so it goes.

That sounds intriguing.... there anything more you can/want to say about how your research relates to CF?

Seperate things above that I'm doing:

online research for school stuff
offline school stuff
behind the scenes CF work (a lot more than I used to do)

Since rereading what I wrote it did look like I was doing research for CFly projects.
I'm afriad that my field doesn't really lend itself towards giving me skills that make CF a better place (I have to pick those up from hobbies )....even though Yanoreth has commented that the fresh baked bread in Asgaard is a nice touch...and Valguarnera can be bribed to do my coding with promises of grilled mahi-mahi with a zesty lemon basil sauce, and garlic and thyme steamed veggies. However, those exceptions aside, being a chef doesn't do much to help you run an online game like CF. (Other than give me good idea for food items for areas and my occasional Herald characters )
