Actually, I was thinking, and this came to me. What if you let the Sune Rai do the dirty work, like asking questions you'd normally ask, and we'd answer, the whole conversation logged and sent as a note to you for when you got on. Then if our answer were satisfactory, you could either empower us if we were on at the same time after you got the note, or leave something for anyone else to empower us, or something like that, if we don't get on when you are on. Just a thought. This could go for every immortal for all I cared, but right now, I only care about you. *wink*

I prefer an Imm talking to me than Sune Rai asking me a question and I answer. What happens if your role is based on something that you cannot answer straight off? Will you still get empowered?

True. I agree, I was just a little tired of sitting there for three hours in a row two nights in a row. Anyhow, if Sune Rai did that, that's not stopping Shokai from knowing who his followers are, and still interacting all the time. It's just helping us get over the ungodly wait time of being empowered. But I can understand fully what you mean. That post was just more of an irritated self.

Sitting there for three hours might be your problem. Hit the shrine, pray, wait a few minutes, then go do your thing.

If Shokai really asks the very same questions over and over again(never immteracted with him=>know nothing(I also assume nothing)), which is not something I'd consider a quality immteraction(which is why I believe this is not the case), then he might as well be replaced by a bot. But if this is not the case, I would see a mob asking pre-set questions as a poor substitute. In order for not to make this a priest factory for enpowerment, Sune Rai could ask only one question, which is triggered by saying to him: 'I seek the empowerment of Lord Shokai.'(or something like that). Sune Rai would then ask: Why do you seek the empowerment of Lord Shokai? and record everything said to him by the one who said the triggering sentence and theb stop recording(or even better, alerting Imms, so that another Imm can cover for Shokai, taking control of Sune Rai, perhaps giving a partial empowerment). I see this option as nothing more than an alternative RP way to do a note to Shokai about empowerment, though the possibility of have Sune Rai alert all Imms might be useful(which only makes it an alternative of pray, though).

Short version of analysis: Empowerment bot won't work. I know it sucks to wait for empowerment, but I have no ideas to offer how to effectively keep the quality control of priests with automatic empowerment systems.

Its nice to see your imm and speak with them. You can do that at any point. I'm not in favor of botting, a good role should be enough to get past level 10...Name any other game, free or not, on the planet, where they specified to play certain things in the game you had to sit in a room for an hour a night for a few weeks possibly. How does this not seem insanely odd to you? I love the priest/god bond, its fantastic, but like any good notion reality likes to throw a wrench in the works and the reality is that I and a lot of other people wind up picking gods that are vis often and not gods that we want to play followers of.
