Please consider adjusting the cost of the more expensive thieves skills down just slightly. In particular, the following skills seems particularly expensive.
Hypnotize - I understand you think it has value but almost no one sees it and it is expensive to try to finish a path that feels incomplete as is.
Advanced Lockpick - After the amount of chest nerfs, does this still justify the cost?
Shield Block - While this gives great survivability, using it to defend either removes your ability to back stab and knife with no dagger or leaves you with poor parrying with a dagger.
This is just a suggestion and even a slight decrease in cost in those ability could allow them to be taken without giving up so much.
Alternatively, we could add a small amount of thieves points at hero to spice things up.
