Can we make Imbue weapon just do the healing prog/magic progs and actually have the creation of the weapon give it the hit dam? I've played a few rager rangers in my time and it never made sense that they find a good branch in the forest and produce a fine staff/spear but unlike most weapons in the game it doesn't aid hit/dam.
Alternatively, in case you are a rager hater, can we have high ranked rangers gain better benefits from bark skin and natural armor/pelts where by they use their knowledge of nature to deflect skills/spells off the bark skin or the animal pelt to give them an extra layer of defense at high ranks?
Using your knowledge of the wilds you angle your body to deflect Ravln's boneshattering blow with your bark skin.
You deflect the worst of Ravln's boneshattering blow with the thickness of your bearskin cloak.
